This video has been circulating the internet on blogs, Facebook, Twitter and Google plus since last weekend’s NASCAR event. The reaction from Christians seems to be mixed with a few in disgust for what they deem an irreverent prayer:

I’m not so sure I agree. In my experience it is Christians who seem to be more uptight about this sort of thing. I have no idea who this man is or where he is spiritually but I do have one question; Where in the Bible were we told not to have fun?

In a front door context I think most people will take this experience for what it’s worth, a good ‘ol boy having a good ‘ol time. I don’t think it necessarily hurts the potential spiritual journey of a non-Christian who might see it.
